Al-Jalil Developers Paid Grand Tribute to The Martyrs of Punjab Police

Lahore Qalandar paid tribute to the martyrs the of Punjab Police. On 21st February 2022, Al-Jalil Developers together with Lahore Qalandars served homage to the grieving families of martyrs of the Punjab Police before stepping in the ground to play the last league match.

All the team members of Lahore Qalandars stood in front of the enclosure where we especially invited the families of martyred heroes of Punjab Police. Lahore Qalandars & Al-Jalil Developer’s teams accompanied families in the enclosure and stood for a minute of silence to remember the sacrifices of the Punjab Police.

Since the last decade, the police officials of Punjab are frequently targeted by terrorist activities, more than 7000 police officers have lost their lives in the line of duty. In 2017, DIG Capt. (retd) Syed Ahmed Mubeen Shaheed, SSP Zahid Mehmood Gondal, and five others were martyred in a suicide blast at Charing Cross, Mall Road on February 13.

Every year, the Punjab Police pay their tribute to the families of martyrs on February 13. This year Al-Jalil Developers and Lahore Qalandars served their homage to families of our heroes by inviting them to Qadafi stadium for Lahore Qalandars’ last league match and paid a grand tribute.
