Al-Baari Residencia’s Launch Deal Ballot

Al-Jalil Developers is immensely proud to have conducted the much awaited balloting for its project Al-Bari Residencia’s launch deal files on the 1^st of February 2023. After the successfully balloting for the pre-launch deal earlier in November 2022, the balloting for launch files comes as a huge achievement as we strive to fulfill our promises to our customers. Al-Jalil Developers is committed to delivering the best to its customers and in doing so, establishing a lifelong relation of trust and reliability. We are honored that our customers have trusted us with their investments, and in turn we are fully committed to delivering on our promises and obligations to them.

Al-Bari Residencia is a premium housing project offered in Sheikhupura by Al-Jalil Developers. In terms of its offerings, Al-Bari Residencia is set apart from its competing projects in Sheikhupura on account of its high-end features and amenities. Sheikhupura despite its growing population has been at a disadvantage when it comes to quality of living standards being offered currently. In line with the ambition to developing a better lifestyle for everyone, Al-Bari Residencia was launched, keeping in view the need for modern housing infrastructure for the people of Sheikhupura.

It fills us with great happiness to have concluded a second round of balloting in just under 2 years for Al-Bari Residencia. The ceremony was well received and was attended by the Al-Bari Residencia’s network of affiliated dealers as well as Al-Jalil Developer’s senior leadership which includes Director Salamullah Warraich, Managing Director Fraz Hassan Warraich, Director Commercial Sardar Aslam Warraich, and the project directors of Al-Bari Residencia Mr. Asif Meraj and Haji Waheed.
